We currently deliver throughout South Africa. Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s location and courier coverage.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed once full payment has been received and cleared.

Items will be dispatched latest next business day after payment is made and delivery usually takes between 1–5 days depending on delivery location.

Orders placed after business hours, over weekends, or on South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For security and quality control, EZ TECH may complete final checks, testing, and packaging before dispatching an order.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery usually takes between 1–5 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and the customer’s address. Remote or outlying areas may take longer.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery address, parcel size, parcel weight, courier service, and delivery method selected.

The delivery fee will be confirmed before dispatch, shown at checkout, or included on the customer’s invoice.

Customer Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including:

  • Full name
  • Delivery address
  • Contact number
  • Email address
  • Any special delivery or access instructions

EZ TECH is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, access is restricted, or delivery is refused, additional courier fees may apply.

Re-delivery will only be arranged once any additional charges have been settled, where applicable.

Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect their parcel as soon as it is received.

Any visible damage, missing items, or delivery issues must be reported to EZ TECH within 24 hours of delivery.

Reports should include:

  • Order number or invoice number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the product
  • A clear description of the issue

Damaged or Missing Items

If an item is damaged during courier delivery or an item is missing from the order, EZ TECH will investigate the matter with the courier and the customer.

Claims may be refused if the issue is reported late, if the packaging has been discarded, or if there is not enough supporting evidence.
