PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
• All products are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
• Products listed as “New”, “As New”, or “Refurbished” will be clearly described.
PRICING
• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• In the event of pricing errors, EZ Tech reserves the right to cancel or amend orders.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
• Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received.
• Accepted payment methods include EFT, cash, or other agreed methods.
• Proof of payment may be required before order processing.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• Delivery costs and timelines will be communicated at checkout or via quotation.
• EZ Tech is not responsible for courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
• Items will be dispatched latest next business day after payment is made and delivery usually takes between 1–5 days depending on delivery location.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
• A 10% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds are subject to inspection and approval.
WARRANTY POLICY
• New products carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.
• Refurbished or used products include a limited warranty specified per item.
Warranty claims will be handled as follows:
- The product will first be assessed and repaired where possible.
- If repair is not possible, it will be replaced with a similar or better item.
- If neither repair nor replacement is possible, a store credit voucher will be issued.
Warranty excludes:
• Physical damage
• Liquid damage
• Power surge damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Misuse or negligence
LIABILITY
• EZ Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
PRIVACY POLICY
• Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
GOVERNING LAW
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
CHANGES TO TERMS
• EZ Tech reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
